Soprano

Born in Madrid. She graduated in classical singing with honors at the Real Conservatorio Superior de Música de Madrid. She furthered her studies with Monica Preux, Peter T. Harrison (from 1990 to the present), Xavier Sabata, Alberto Zedda, Aquiles Machado, Ana Luisa Chova, Miguel Zanetti. Currently she prepares her repertoire under the coaching assistance of tenor Aquiles Machado.

As a soloist she has participated in concert-lectures on the life of Maria Callas, the female characters of Verdi and Puccini, and in anniversary commemoration tribute concerts to Mahler, Chopin and Albéniz.

She has also been invited to sing Opera and Zarzuela in Oisterwijk (Netherlands), Pergine (Italy),…. Regular guest in the Lyrical Galas of several Spanish towns and also with the Oradea Philharmonic Orchestra (Romania) conducted by Miguel Sanz.

She has also sang solos of the Mozart Coronation Mass, Fauré's Requiem at the National Auditorium of Madrid, Carmina Burana by Carl Orff, Mass No.2 D167 by Franz Schubert, Stabat Mater by Pergolessi or Frühlingstimmen Op. 140 by Johann Strauss II.

She has performed major roles in the operas Don Pasquale (Norina) by Donizetti, La Serva Padrona (Serpina) by Pergolesi and Die Walküre (Sieglinde) by Wagner, Gianni Schicchi (Ciesca) by Puccini in Alcalá de Henares and recently La Rondine (Suzy, Lolette and Un Cantore) by Puccini at the Massimo Bellini Theatre in Catania conducted by Gianluigi Gelmetti.

In Zarzuela repertoire she has performed El dúo de la Africana (La Antonelli) by Fernández Caballero, Chateau Margaux (Angelita) by Fernández Caballero, Agua, Azucarillos y Aguardiente (Pepa) by Chueca, La verbena de la Paloma (Susana and Cantaora) by T. Bretón, El Barquillero (Socorro) by Chapí, Gran Vía (Eliseo) by Chueca and Valverde, among other Works and galas.

She has been conducted by Gianluigi Gelmetti, Luis Cobos, Inma Shara, Javier Illan (Sphera Antiqva Baroque Orchestra), Miguel Sanz, Carlos Díez, among others...

For TV she has worked under the direction of Javier Díez Moro as a double of Maria Callas in the documentary Al otro lado del espejo: la vida probable de Maria Callas for TVE, and she has recorded two songs for the soundtrack of his film WWW: cyber fantasies and realities.

She has recorded several TV music programs. Among them are Opera-fusion for symphonic spaces for TVE along with percussionist Emma Brodie, directed by Ismael Morillo, the pilot Castilla La Mancha is music for the regional channel of Castilla La Mancha, and The Christmas Eve’s special La noche en Paz aired on (2016) for TELE5.

She has participated singing highlights of The Phantom of the Opera by Andrew LLoyd Webber in the Concert Hall of Euskalduna Palace in Bilbao in the show Viaje al Gran Musical.

As next, she’ll sing Gianni Schicchi (Nella) by Puccini in Trento conducted by Mauro Trombetta and also next Christmas Die Zauberflöte (Erste Dame) by Mozart at the Massimo Bellini Theatre in Catania conducted by Gianluigi Gelmetti and Pier Luigi Pizzi.
